How
can I place order ?
Placing an order at e-ddl.net is easy.
There's no need to create an account first as you will have done that once
you've placed your first order online. For your convenience we also accept
orders by phone, fax or e-mail.
Finding Items
First browse our catalog or search for the specific items you would like to
order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When
you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to
view its detail page.
Adding Items to Your
Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to cart" phrase on the bottom of
the page. Use the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing
until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the
contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" icon at
the very top right of every page.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, delete item from cart by
clicking delete icon, Cart will automatically update.
Enter
a Billing Address
Your billing address should exactly as it is written on your credit card bill
which you are going to use. Please provide us your phone number so if we need
to contact you over phone we can do it quickly.
Shipping options
All orders small iteams add £5.00 per order (under 2 kg in weight) 2-5 working days delivery time.
Orders over 2 kg courier 72 hours services add £10.00 per order

Custom Duties (for outside UK)
International customers: Please check with your country for restrictions,
duties, and taxes collected from your country. There will be no Refund on
shipping costs if your product is rejected and returned by customs or because
of a failed delivery attempt. If package is returned, all other costs are
refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies i.e.
£ 10.00 (for all countries).

Credit & Debit Cards, Money order, or cashier's check. All orders must be
prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces
or dashes.

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary
adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit
your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail
message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Herbs. Herbs are natural or organic; therefore any reaction is harmless and
temporary. Since the products are Herbal, it is not possible to guarantee
colour and consistency from batch to batch. Our dependence on Nature does not
lessen the effectiveness of the products.
