Refund Policy

We offer no quibble money back guaranty on unopened or unused products. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a refund (excluding delivery charge for UK £5.00 and £10.00 for outside UK and any appropriate administrating charges).

Please return the unopened or unused product in their original packaging along with your receipt-letter within 28 days of your receiving the product, and we'll credit your charge card or refund your cheque or money order. Sorry, no refunds on empty/opened bottles or used packages.

There will be no refund whatsoever if products are returned in a damaged condition. More information by e-mailing us on info@e-ddl.net. Please notify us by phone or e-mail before returning any goods.

Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 28 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.
